3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at cu66, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. Notify cu66 immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cu66 may at any time request documents (national ID, passport, or other documentation) to verify a user's identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being restricted or closed.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at cu66: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited at cu66 must come from legitimate sources. Transactions involving funds linked to any illegal activity or money laundering are strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, cu66 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend the account along with the deposited funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, or attempting to gain an advantage through fraudulent activity is detected, cu66 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, close the account, and forfeit any associated winnings.

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by cu66.
• Bonus balance cannot be directly transferred to another person's account.
• cu66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

cu66 is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. All players must participate in gaming honestly and ethically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to participate in games.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to gain a fraudulent advantage (collusion).
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs in the platform.
• Any activity involving fake payments or fraud.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

If such activities are detected, cu66 may permanently close the account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance.

7 VIP Program

cu66's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

The specific terms for VIP tier changes and cashback payouts are at cu66's discretion. VIP membership may be cancelled if VIP benefits are abused or used fraudulently.

8 Responsible Gaming

cu66 places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be a cause of financial stress or mental health issues.

• You can set your own deposit limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion.
